Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is a Canadian actress who is best well-known for her character Deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy show Eureka. Cerra was born in British Columbia with Italian descendant who was born in Vancouver. When she was eight years old, she became enamored with acting and appeared on numerous commercials on television. An absence out of the business for a while, and she resumed in 2001 as an 22-year-old. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine voted her as one of the city's most popular young actresses. Cerra played in the role of deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy TV show Eureka that aired between 2006 and 2012. In 2006, she also appeared in the video of the Michael Buble song Save the Last Dance for Me. Cerra has been credited with starring in numerous highly acclaimed and well-known TV shows including Battlestar Galactica or The L Word. Also, she has appeared in major films such as Man About Town with Ben Affleck and Rebecca Romijn and Blade:Trinity with Wesley Snipes. Cerras's body and face was used as a reference to make the character Ashley Williams for the Mass Effect series of video games. Other guest-starring appearances include Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff as well as Dead Like Me. In addition, she has appeared in the Canadian cop procedural Cold Squad as well as the monster-hunting adventure series Special Unit 2 or the supernatural thriller The Collector. Cerra married Raffaele Fiore in November 2010.

Khondabi stated that she and Joey were best friends during their time at Greenwood Christian School for years prior to dating during their final year of high school. The news program we had was based at Oakland Elementary was called WOAK. Khondabi claims that, after graduating from college her first work experience as a reporter for news on television was with WAGT Augusta Georgia. I worked as a news reporter for around six years Khondabi wrote. In Augusta the following Augusta I started working as a morning reporter at WOWK Charleston West Virginia, and in Columbus Ohio worked as traffic host and morning news on Local ABC and FOX affiliated stations.
